Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and will be credited toward your service. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment. If it has been more than 8 months since your last visit, please book under ‘New Client Services’ so we can give your hair the time and attention it deserves. I appreciate 48 hours notice in the event you would like to cancel so that I may offer the time to another client. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will have to wait until the next booking schedule becomes available. If you cancel your scheduled appointment after the 48 hour cut off, we will then require a 50% non-refundable payment of this missed service.

If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment day, that is considered a no show appointment.  To be able to schedule future appointments you will be required to pay for the no show appointment in full before booking again.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I want to ensure the best experience for everyone. Therefore, both you and I are allowed a 15 minute GRACE period for appointments. However, if you exceed this time limit, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To guarantee that each client receives dedicated attention, I diligently allocate sufficient time for each appointment. This insures that I am able to maintain a timely schedule and accommodate the appointments of my  next clients. In the event that you anticipate running late or encounter an emergency on the day of your appointment, I kindly request that you give us a call at 404-390-9923, send a text or email info@poshcurl.com to inform us of the situation.
